At the Cross Street Group, the welfare of our customers, suppliers and workforce is our number one priority. We are working hard to ensure we respond to all the latest guidance and advice from the World Health Organisation and UK Government as promptly as possible.

Exciting news, Our Cross Street site will reopen as of the 13th of May 2020, from 8am until 17:30 Monday to Friday. The site will open with a limited compliment of staff to allow us to stay compliant with the UK Government Guidelines.    

Please be assured that our teams are focused on providing the highest levels of protection, sanitation and distancing to protect all customers and employees. 
If anyone is reluctant about visiting our site, we are also offering a complimentary contactless Collection, delivery payment services to allow your car to be repaired without you leaving your home or workplace.

Cross Street Used Cars will continue to operate digitally until we receive a clearer update on Car Sales from the Government. Unfortunately, at this time we are unsure what changes the UK Government have made to these guidelines.

Our Taxi office will remain temporarily closed, and call centre staff will continue to work from home to make sure we have drivers on the road to serve the needs of our customers.
